Traffic Police Rural Kashmir establish Grievance Redressal Cell on e-challans

Ganderbal, Feb 28: The Traffic Police Rural Kashmir has established a grievance redressal cell for people who have any grievances regarding e-challans under the jurisdiction of Traffic Police Rural Kashmir. The grievance redressal cell will be functional six days a week at Traffic Police Rural office, Kashmir under the overall supervision of Senior Superintendent of Police Traffic Rural Kashmir Ravinder Pal Singh.

“In order to ensure timely redressal of e-challaning grievances a Grievance Redressal Cell under the supervision of Ravinder Pal Singh, SSP Traffic Rural Kashmir is functional six days a week at Traffic Police Office Rural Kashmir, old PCR building, PCR complex Batamaloo Srinagar. Motorists, drivers, having issues or grievances related to e- challans executed against them across the jurisdiction of Traffic Rural Kashmir can file their grievances on the mail address or can in person visit Traffic Police Office Rural Kashmir, from 14.00 hours to 16.00 hours every Monday to Saturday” an official statement said.

SSP Traffic Rural Kashmir Ravinder Pal Singh said that the move is aimed to facilitate the people who have grievances with their e-challans and for early redressal of the same.
