OIST Spring 2026 Internship
The OIST Spring 2026 Internship in Japan offers a fully funded opportunity for selected students, covering airfare, accommodation, commuting costs, and a daily allowance.
This prestigious program welcomes applications from students worldwide, particularly those considering a future PhD. Eligible candidates include those in the final two years of their undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in a master’s program.

Eligibility Criteria of the OIST Research Internship 2026 in Japan:
To apply for this fully paid internship, you must’
- Be in the final two years of a bachelor’s degree OR enrolled in a master’s degree program
- OR have already completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Be from any country (international students welcome)
- Have a background related to STEM fields
- Get permission from your university (if currently enrolled)
- Not be a current or graduated PhD student
- Submit all documents in English

Helmut Veith Stipend Program
The Helmut Veith Stipend Program offers a valuable scholarship opportunity in Austria for outstanding students pursuing a master’s degree in computer science. Selected scholars will receive €7,000 annually for up to two years, along with a full tuition fee waiver at TU Wien (Vienna University of Technology).
As the global reliance on technology and software continues to grow, the demand for skilled IT professionals has never been higher. This scholarship aims to support talented individuals by providing them with advanced academic training, preparing them for successful careers in industry, research, or academia. It's a strong stepping stone for those aspiring to pursue doctoral studies or contribute to teaching and innovation in computer science.
For the year 2025-26, master’s scholarships are offered in disciplines including “Logic and Computation, Business Informatics, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Media and Human-Centered Computing, Software Engineering and Internet Computing”.

Eligibility criteria for the Helmut Veith Stipend Program 2025:
Open only to female students.
Must be eligible for admission to a master’s program in Computer Science at TU Wien.
Must have an unconditional offer to the program.
Should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Must have strong mathematical and technical knowledge.
Should have an interest in Helmut Veith’s research areas.
Must be proficient in English.
Must live in Austria during the course of study.
Should maintain good academic progress (at least 25 ECTS credits per term).
Must achieve a grade average of 1.5 or better.
All conditions must be met to receive the stipend for up to 2 years
