TLSC Kangan organises cleanliness drive

Srinagar, Oct 2: The Chairman of the Tehsil Legal Service Committee (TLSC) Kangan organised a cleanliness drive in the court premises of Kangan today following the directions of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and in continuation of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

The drive was conducted under the supervision of Judicial Magistrate Kangan,  Nahida Mufti, who is also fulfilling the duties of Chairman of the TLSC.

Mufti emphasised the importance of strengthening the Swachh Bharat initiative and adhering to the spirit of civic sense. Mufti stated, “It is the duty of every prudent and public-spirited person to educate and spread awareness about the need for a hygienic and clean society for the overall development of the country. Lawyers must play a pivotal role through legal awareness programmes at the grassroots level in their communities.”

The panel lawyers, para-legal volunteers, and judicial staff participated in the cleanliness drive with enthusiasm and vigour.
