Three new criminal laws explained in this Urdu document issued by J&K Police

Srinagar, June 26: Three new criminal laws — Bharatiya Nyaya (Second) Sanhita, 2023 (the new IPC); Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha (Second) Sanhita, 2023 (the new CrPC); and Bharatiya Sakshya (Second) Act, 2023 (the new Evidence Act) — will be soon implemented in the country.

To raise awareness on the laws among the people, Jammu and Kashmir Police has issued a document in Urdu language.
