Three men fall into well in central Kashmir’s Budgam

Srinagar, May 29: In a tragic incident, three men fell into a well, with two of them falling while attempting to rescue the first in in Gotipora village of Khansahib in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday.

Reports said that the incident took place when Moomin Dar, son of Mohammad Qasim Dar, accidentally fell into a well in his village. Upon witnessing the accident, Amjid Ali, son of Gulam Mohammad Dar, and Gulam Hassan Wani, son of Mohammad Sultan, both residents of Gotipora, rushed to help. Unfortunately, during their rescue attempt, both men also fell into the tube well.

Local authorities and villagers are currently engaged in efforts to rescue the three men from the well. Further details regarding their condition and the ongoing rescue operation are awaited, reported news agency KDC.
