New Delhi, Aug 10: RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has alleged that Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha is registered as a voter in two separate assembly constituencies, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai district and Bankipur in Patna district, with different Electors Photo Identity Card (EPIC) numbers. He claimed both entries appear in the respective constituency voter lists and bear separate enumeration forms with Sinha’s signatures, along with discrepancies in the age mentioned on the two cards.

The row between Yadav and the poll body began after he claimed his own name was missing from the latest draft voter list and alleged changes to his EPIC number. The Election Commission has rejected his claims, stating that his name remains on the rolls, and has asked him to submit the EPIC card he displayed at a recent press conference, which it has termed “fake,” by August 16.
