Teacher suspended in Reasi

Jammu, Nov 18: Chief Education Officer (CEO) Reasi has suspended a teacher of Primary School Dharidhar, zone Chassana with immediate effect after a video showing him in an inebriated condition has become viral.

“Pending enquiry into his conduct, Dalair Singh, Teacher Grade-III, PS Dharidhar, Zone Chassana, district Reasi is placed under suspension with immediate effect in connection with a viral video,” the order read.

As per order, the official has been directed to report to the Deputy Commissioner’s office Reasi for further duties with immediate effect.
