Tanvir Sadiq urges citizens to come forward to donate blood

Srinagar, Oct 1: The Jammu & Kashmir National Conference Chief Spokesperson and MLA Zadibal Wednesday donated blood today at JLNM Hospital during a voluntary blood donation camp.

In a Statement issued, Tanvir emphasised the life-saving impact of blood donation. “This simple act can save a life, a mother in labor, a child battling illness, or a victim of a tragic accident,” he said while joining doctors and dedicated volunteers at the camp.

“Blood cannot be manufactured; it has to come from us. I urge everyone to step forward and donate whenever they can. Your one unit of blood can make the difference between life and death for someone in need,” he added.

The blood donation camp, organized with the support of medical staff and community volunteers, aimed to raise awareness about the importance of regular blood donation and ensuring that hospitals maintain adequate blood reserves.

He thanked the medical fraternity and all volunteers for their continued efforts and reiterated his commitment to supporting health initiatives at the hospital.
