Tanvir Sadiq seeks arrangements for Urs

Srinagar, Jun 13: National Conference (NC) Chief Spokesperson and MLA Zadibal Tanvir Sadiq Friday urged the administration to ensure adequate arrangements for the annual Urs observance of Hazrat Khawaja Habibullah Noushehri (RA), to be held in Nowshera, in Srinagar.

In a statement he emphasised the importance of making all necessary arrangements including power and water supply, sanitation, traffic regulation, and other essential services for the smooth conduct of the annual Urs.

"The Urs of Khwaja Habibullah Nowshehri (RA) is a deeply revered spiritual event, drawing devotees from across the Valley and beyond. I appeal to the Divisional and District administrations to coordinate with the local Auqaf committee and Shrine management to ensure proper facilities for visiting devotees,” he said.
