TAAK holds executive committee meeting

Srinagar, Oct 27: The Travel Agents Association of Kashmir (TAAK) held its Executive Committee meeting in Pahalgam during its two-day visit to the popular tourist destination.

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote Jammu & Kashmir’s tourism, the Executive Committee will also interact with local stakeholders, including hoteliers, transporters, and other service providers, to foster a cohesive and collaborative approach towards tourism-friendly services, said a press release.

Speaking during the meeting, President Farooq A Kuthoo said that TAAK has been conducting such interactions with stakeholders at various offbeat as well as popular destinations to further strengthen B2B partnerships and promote sustainable, visitor-friendly tourism activities across the region. On October 25, the Executive Committee visited some newly opened properties to see their facilities and amenities and put such properties as part of their tour itineraries.
