Suhail Bukhari joins Congress

Srinagar, Sep 1: Suhail Bukhari, former Chief Spokesperson of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), has joined the Congress party.

He had resigned from the PDP on August 20. Bukhari, who was seeking a nomination to contest the upcoming elections from the Wagoora-Kreeri segment, was dissatisfied with the PDP leadership’s decision not to endorse his candidacy.

His departure from the PDP was driven by this setback, reports KNS.
