Street vendor found dead in Baramulla

Baramulla, Jan 12: A street vendor was found dead in Sabzi market Baramulla on Sunday evening.

The deceased is believed to have committed suicide by hanging himself. However? police has started investigation to ascertain whether it is a case of suicide or murder.

The deceased has been identified as Toufeeq Ahmad Bala, son of Farooq Ahmad, a resident of Gulnar Park Baramulla. Meanwhile, the autopsy of the deceased is being carried out at GMC Baramulla, report of which will ascertain the actual cause of death.

The incident is second of its kind in last two days. Earlier, a shopkeeper was found dead at his shop at Garkote Uri.
