Stray dogs on prowl at Abiguzar

Srinagar, May 8: Commuters have expressed concern over presence of stray dogs at Abiguzar locality. A delegation of commuters said students face tough time due to presence of dozens of stray dogs in Abiguzar especially in multi-storey parking in the locality. They urged SMC authorities to look into the issue.
