Srinagar Police designate Complaint and Grievance Redressal Officers

Srinagar, Mar 5: As part of its commitment to responsive and accountable policing, Srinagar Police has designated Complaint & Grievance Redressal Officers in all police stations across the city to facilitate prompt and effective resolution of public concerns.

“These officers are available to address grievances, ensuring that every complaint is heard and appropriate action is taken as per the law.

This initiative reinforces transparency in policing and strengthens public trust in law enforcement. Citizens are encouraged to approach their respective Police Stations for assistance. Srinagar Police remains dedicated to serving the public with fairness, efficiency, and integrity,” said SSP Srinagar Imtiyaz Hussain.
