Special Lok Adalat on August 10 in Kupwara

Kupwara, Aug 04: In compliance to Plan of Action formulated by J&K Legal Services Authority, UT of J&K, for amicable settlement of disputes, the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Kupwara is going to organise a Special Lok Adalat for criminal compoundable cases on August 10, 2024.

The Lok Adalat is being held under the chairmanship of Chairperson District Legal Services Authority (PDJ) Kupwara, at District Court Kupwara.

In this connection, all the Judicial Officers have been instructed to identify the criminal compoundable cases for the said special Lok Adalat beforehand and submit the list of the same cases to DLSA Kupwara by or before 7 August, 2024.

Advocates/ litigants who are interested to settle their dispute in the said Lok Adalat are directed to approach the concerned courts immediately so that their cases shall be listed for amicable settlement in the Lok Adalat.
