Sopore, Oct 4: Sopore Police on Saturday announced the resolution of two separate burglary cases, arresting four accused and recovering stolen property, reaffirming their commitment to maintaining law and order in the area.

In the first case, registered under FIR No. 61/2025 at Police Station Bomai, three individuals—Mudasir Ahmad Ganie of Tujjer Shareef, Danish Shafi Dar of Maharajpora Sopore, and Tariq Ahmad Shah of Maharajpora Sopore—were apprehended for stealing a transformer and a bicycle. Prompt investigation led to the recovery of the stolen items from their possession.

In a second case under FIR No. 214/2025 at Police Station Sopore, Sameer Ahmad Shah, also known as Chota Antta of Neharpora Sopore, was arrested for stealing iron items. The stolen property was recovered following his arrest.
