Srinagar, Jan 20: Undergraduate students of the Faculty of Horticulture Batch-2020 at SKUAST-K have set off on a 21-day All India Educational Tour (AIT) cum Industrial Externship, embarking on a unique learning journey through esteemed educational institutes and industry leaders in the field.

This exciting programme, sponsored by IDP-NAHEP, promises to equip students with cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills in the ever-evolving world of horticulture. The itinerary includes visits to renowned institutions like the Precision Farming Development Centre at IARI, New Delhi, Tanflower Private Limited and PPK Agro Food Industries in Bangalore, and Bench Mark Tea Industry in Ooty, Tamil Nadu.
