SKUAST-K NTEA holds first general body meeting
Srinagar, Oct 28: The newly elected body of the Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir’s Non-Teaching Employees Association (NTEA) held its first executive body meeting at the Shalimar campus.
The meeting, chaired by President NTEA Abdul Rashid Bhat, discussed various issues related to the employees and expressed gratitude to the SKUAST-K administration, particularly the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Nazir Ahmad Ganai, for his efforts in resolving numerous long-pending issues.
The NTEA office bearers thanked the Vice Chancellor for his role in bringing prestige to the university, which is now ranked 5th among the 70 State Agricultural Universities (SAUs) across India. They noted that the vision of this exemplary leader has transformed the institution, contributing to its global reputation and attracting international students from various countries.
