Six police officers repatriated; deputed to J&K, Ladakh

Consequent to their repatriation, two JKPS officers have been deputed to the Union Territory of Ladakh, with immediate effect.

Jammu, Feb 14: Jammu and Kashmir government Friday ordered the repatriation and deputation of six officers, including five Jammu and Kashmir Police Service (JKPS) officers, with immediate effect.

As per an order issued by Principal Secretary, J&K Home Department, Chandraker Bharti, four officers, including three SP-rank JKPS officers, presently on deputation to the Union Territory of Ladakh, have been repatriated to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

The officers repatriated included SP Deepak Digra, SP Majeeb-ur-Rehman, SP Pardeep Singh and DySP (Telecom) Abid Hussain.

Consequent to their repatriation, two JKPS officers have been deputed to the Union Territory of Ladakh, with immediate effect.

They included Deputy CO IR-16 Bn Syed Zaheer Abbas Jafari and Additional SP SIA Jammu, Govind Rattan.
