SIA raids residential house in Budgam

Srinagar, Nov 12: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) Kashmir Tuesday conducted a raid at a residential house in central Kashmir’s Budgam district, officials said.

A senior official said that a team from the SIA raided the residence of Umar Ahmad Sheikh, son of Farooq Sheikh of Kandoora, Beerwah.

The search was conducted in connection with FIR No 13 of 2021, registered at SIA Kashmir, and was authorised by search warrants issued by the Special Court, the official said.
