Shujaat Bukhari remembered on his 6th death anniversary

Srinagar, June 14: Prominent journalist and founding editor of Rising Kashmir, Syed Shujaat Bukhari, was today remembered on his 6th death anniversary.

Shujaat Bukhari was killed by terrorists outside his office in Srinagar on June 14, 2018. His two personal security officers were also killed in the attack.

People from different walks of life today remembered the prominent journalist and paid rich tributes to him. Special prayers were offered at the grave of Syed Shujaat Bukhari at Muradabad Kreeri. The special prayers were offered for the departed soul by the locals, friends, relatives, and journalists including his brother and former law minister, Syed Basharat Bukhari.
