Shrikant Balasaheb Suse assumes charge as DC Kupwara

Kupwara, Aug 7: Shrikant Balasaheb Suse on Thursday assumed charge as Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, relieving Ayushi Sudan from the charge.

An order to this effect was issued earlier.

He was received by Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kupwara, Mufti Fareeduddin; Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kupwara, Gulzar Ahmad and Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR) Peerzada Mumtaz Ahmad.

Soon after assuming charge as DC Kupwara, Suse held a meeting with the officers and urged them to work with much enthusiasm.

He sought the cooperation of the officers to mitigate the sufferings of people.

Suse, a 2016-batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre, was serving as Managing Director, Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) before his transfer as DC Kupwara. He has also served as DC Shopian, DC Kargil, and DC Leh.
