Shree Raam R assumes charge as SSP Kargil

Kargil, Feb 28: IPS officer Shree Ram R  has  assumed  the charge of SSP Kargil

The Home Department of Ladakh administration had yesterday ordered appointment of Shree Raam R, as Senior Superintendent of Police, Kargil in a minor reshuffle in the Ladakh police department.

Shree Raam R replaced  Anayat Ali Choudhary, IPS (AGMUT:2017), who  under orders of transfer from the UT of Ladakh to the UT of J&K, has been relieved  from the UT of Ladakh for further duties. Shree Raam R an IPS officer of batch 2019 was earlier posted as Superintendent of Police Traffic Ladakh.

Further, as per the orders from Home Department UT Ladakh, Shruti Arora, IPS (AGMUT: 2018), Superintendent of Police District Leh has been also assigned the additional charge of Commandant IRP-25th Bn in addition to her own duties, relieving Stanzin Nurboo, JKPS (1999) AIG (Pers), PHQ, UT Ladakh of the addikional charge.

Another IPS officer Shiv Kumar, under orders of posting as SSP Kargil has been asked to report to the Home Department, UT of Ladakh for further duties. Also Ishtiyaq Ahmad Kacho, JKPS (2011), Deputy Commandant IR 25h Bn with additional duties of AIG CIV/ Crime/ Welfare PHQ is also assigned the duties of SP Traffic, UT of Ladakh.
