Srinagar, Aug 13: The Sericulture Development Department of Jammu and Kashmir organised a vibrant Tiranga Rally at the Directorate of Sericulture, Tulsi Bagh, Srinagar. Led by Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, Director of Sericulture J&K, the event saw enthusiastic participation from officers and officials of the department.
