Security review meeting held in Ramban

Srinagar, Feb 27: A high-level joint security meeting was held in Ramban to review the prevailing situation in the district and adjoining areas ahead of Parliamentary elections on Tuesday.

The meeting was participated by Army’s White Knight Corps, J&K Police, CRPF Jammu Sector and Railway Protection Force Northern Railway.

The participants reviewed the prevailing situation with special emphasis on synergized operational focus.

It was decided to work in tandem for strengthening the security grid in the district and adjoining areas and enhance vigil on elements inimical to peace.
