Search operation launched in Poonch

Rajouri, Mar 9: A massive Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) has been launched by security forces in Poonch district following suspicious movement of terrorists in the area.

The joint operation, involving police, Special Operations Group (SOG), and army personnel was launched in the areas of Dehra Ki Gali and Chamrer axis including dense forest cover of Chamrer. Police officials confirmed that additional forces have been deployed to strengthen security in the region.

According to police sources, senior police officers are on the ground, monitoring the search operation. "Based on specific input, we launched the search operation in the area, deploying multiple parties to search the entire area," said officers.
