Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s 150th birth anniversary to see mega celebrations: Ashok Koul

Srinagar, Oct  22: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir organised a preparatory meeting to discuss and finalise the programmes to be held in connection with the 150th Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Iron Man of India and the architect of national unity.

Ashok Koul, General Secretary (Organization), BJP J&K, chaired the meeting and outlined the series of activities planned by the party to commemorate the occasion. He said that various programmes including Unity Marches (Ekta Yatras), seminars, debates, and nukkad nataks will be organized across the Union Territory to spread the message of unity, nationalism, and integrity championed by Sardar Patel.

“Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s vision and courage laid the foundation of a united India by integrating over 560 princely states. The India we live in today stands on his dream of oneness and national integration. It is our duty to continue his mission and strengthen the spirit of unity,” said Ashok Koul.
