Samba to host district cycling championship on Sep 21

Srinagar, Sep 16: The Cycling Association of Jammu and Kashmir, in collaboration with the J&K Sports Council, is set to organise the Samba District Cycling Championship on September 21 in Vijaypur.

As per the statement, issued on Tuesday, the championship will be held for boys and girls across senior, junior, sub-junior, and under-14 age groups. The race will be flagged off from Baba Ravi Das Mandir and conclude at Batali Road.

The statement reads that interested participants can collect entry forms from district association office bearers. They are required to deposit an entry fee of Rs 100 along with a date of birth certificate, Aadhaar card, domicile certificate, and two passport-size photographs.
