Salvatore International School felicitates martial arts achievers

Bandipora, Feb 22:  Salvatore International School, in a moment of pride, celebrated the exceptional achievements of students Sheikh Usman and Sheikh Umar, who secured silver medals in their respective weight categories at the 3rd WAKO India Open International Championship held at Indira Gandhi International Stadium, New Delhi.

The felicitation ceremony, held at the school premises, witnessed the presence of Padmashri Awardee Fasil Ali Dar, Principal SSM College of Engineering Dr. Sajad Hussain Din and other distinguished guests. Padmashri Fasil Ali Dar shared words of wisdom, motivation and encouragement to both parents and students, emphasising the importance of discipline, dedication and sportsmanship in shaping successful individuals. The speakers laid emphasis on choosing sports as a career and staying away from drugs.
