S.KIE unveils region’s largest scholarship initiative ‘SATHE’

Srinagar, Nov 28: Saddam KIE (S.KIE) Coaching Institute, one of Kashmir’s oldest and most trusted coaching centres, on Friday announced the launch of its flagship scholarship programme “SATHE”, billed as the region’s largest initiative aimed at expanding educational access for students across marginalised and underserved communities.

Unveiling the programme at a press conference, Director Dr Saddam said the SATHE Scholarship Test has been designed as a “companion to students’ dreams”, enabling talented learners to receive up to 100% free coaching from the institute’s most experienced faculty.

The first SATHE 1.0 examination will be held on December 7, 2025, and is open to students of Classes 8, 9, 10 and 11, as well as NEET and JEE aspirants. Scholarships will be awarded purely on the basis of performance.
