Rusted mortar shell recovered in J&K's Samba, defused

Jammu, June 09: Security personnel recovered a rusted mortar shell in a border area of the Samba district and defused it safely on Monday, officials said.

On the information provided by some locals, an old shell was recovered by a team of security forces in Basantar river, they said.

It was later defused safely.
