Rusted mortar shell found in Thanamandi Rajouri

Rajouri, Apr 20: A rusted high explosive motor shell was on Sunday found from Manyal village in Thanamandi area of Rajouri.

As per reports, villagers of Manyal Gali area of Thanamandi in Rajouri district on Saturday evening found an old mortar shell that was discovered in fields.

A team of forces later visited the site and took into possession this high explosive shell which will be detonated further as per SOPs.

The recovered shell is reportedly rusted and old in nature.
