Russian Deputy PM meets PM Narendra Modi
New Delhi, Sep 26: Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Patrushev met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday and discussed ways to deepen bilateral cooperation in agriculture, fertilizers, food processing and other sectors.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Modi conveyed his greetings to President Vladimir Putin and said he looked forward to welcoming him to India for the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit.
The talks took place on the sidelines of World Food India 2025, where both sides highlighted opportunities to expand their long-standing partnership in areas critical to food security and trade.
In a message shared on X, the Prime Minister said the discussions focused on strengthening “win-win cooperation” between the two countries in agriculture and related fields.
