RSS chief accompanies PM at Ayodhya ceremony

Ayodhya, Nov 25: RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat accompanied the Prime Minister on Tuesday at the Ayodhya ceremony at the Ram temple, by hoisting of saffron flag, which resonated deeply with spiritual symbolism and cultural pride.

Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath were also present. In a message shared on X, the RSS quoted Bhagwat as saying: “The temple that has been built is even grander and more beautiful than what we had ever dreamt of.”

He said, “Today is a meaningful day for all of us. The souls of all those who sacrificed their lives for this cause must have found peace. With the hoisting of the temple flag, the traditional rituals have been completed. We witnessed with our own eyes the flag of ‘Ram Rajya’ rising once again in Ayodhya, the very flag that once spread prosperity across the world through its radiance. On this saffron flag is the symbol of the Kovidar tree of the Raghu dynasty, which represents its sovereignty.”
