Roster for Public Darbars of Administrative Secretaries in January notified

Jammu, Jan 5: J&K government Friday notified a roster for holding public Darbars in the districts by Administrative Secretaries or officers in the month of January, 2024.

As per the roster, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Home department Raj Kumar Goyal will hold a public Darbar on January 11, 2024 in Jammu district and on January 21 in Srinagar district.

Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti department Shaleen Kabra will conduct public Darbar on January 9 in Rajouri district and on January 22 in Reasi district.

Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Forest, Ecology & Environment department Dheeraj Gupta will be in Kathua district on January 10 and in Baramulla district on January 23 for this purpose.

Principal Secretary Agriculture Production Department Shailendra Kumar will hold a public Darbar in Srinagar district on January 12 and in Udhampur district on January 23.

Principal Secretary Power Development Department H Rajesh Prasad will conduct a public Darbar in Anantnag on January 13 and in Rajouri on January 21.

Principal Secretary Finance department Santosh Dattatreya Vaidya will be in Ganderbal for this purpose on January 13 and in Jammu on January 24.

Principal Secretary Higher Education department Alok Kumar will conduct a public Darbar in Reasi on January 11 and in Samba district on January 22.

Commissioner Secretary, General Administration Department Sanjeev Verma will hold a public Darbar in Udhampur on January 11 and in Doda on January 18.

Commissioner Secretary Science & Technology department Saurabh Bhagat will hold a public Darbar in Baramulla on January 12 and in Kulgam district on January 23.

Commissioner Secretary Housing & Urban Development Department Mandeep Kaur will be in Samba on January 13 and in Budgam on January 21 for this purpose.

Commissioner Secretary Information Technology Department Prerna Puri will hold a public Darbar in Budgam on January 11 and in Ramban on January 23.

Commissioner Secretary Social Welfare Department Sheetal Nanda will be in Ramban on January 12 and in Kathua on January 22 and Commissioner Secretary Tourism department Yasha Mudgal will be in Kishtwar on January 13 and in Ganderbal on January 23 for conducting public Darbar.

Commissioner Secretary Industries & Commerce department Vikramjit Singh will be in Doda on January 11 and in Pulwama district on January 22 for this purpose.

Secretary Youth Services & Sports department Sarmad Hafeez will hold a public Darbar in Bandipora on January 13 and in Shopian district on January 24.

Secretary Revenue Department Prasanna Ramaswamy G will be in Kulgam district on January 11 and in Kishtwar on January 21 for this purpose.

Commissioner of Enquiries Talat Parvez Rohella will hold a public Darbar in Poonch on January 12 and in Bandipora on January 22.

Secretary Public Works (R&B) Department Bhupinder Kumar will conduct a public Darbar in Pulwama district on January 11 and in Poonch district on January 24.

Secretary Health & Medical Education department Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah will be in Shopian district on January 12 and in Kupwara district on January 22 for this purpose.

Mission Director, National Health Mission, J&K Nazim Zai Khan will hold a public Darbar in Kupwara district on January 9 and in Anantnag district on January 22.

The Deputy Commissioners will be responsible for organizing these Darbars and will ensure their wide publicity in districts, well in advance.
