Road leading to Sonamarg hospital lies in dilapidated condition

The vital road link leading towards the Primary health centre Sonamarg and connecting it to the main national highway is in shambles.

The road is dotted with potholes and remains dug up at several spots which causes inconvenience to people, particularly patients. Locals said that the authorities have left this vital road link neglected due to which the people face inconvenience.

The road witnesses the traffic of hundreds of vehicles, mostly ambulances with emergency patients, however the bad condition of the road makes it worse for them. The locals have urged the authorities, particularly Chief Executive Officer Sonamarg Development Authority, to take immediate measures to repair and maintain the road link.
