Revenue deptt asked to identify 50 kanals of state land
Jammu, Jan 5: Revenue department has been asked to identify 50 kanals of state land for construction of new court complex Kishtwar, preferably adjacent to National Highway (NH).
A direction in this connection was issued during the 9th coordination committee meeting organised under the chairmanship of Manjeet Singh Manhas, Principal District and Sessions Judge Kishtwar.
The meeting was called by CJM Kishtwar, Mahmud Anwar Alnasir and was attended by Additional DC Kishtwar; Additional SP Kishtwar; Ex Engineer R&B; CMO; Ex Engineer PDD; PP; APP; DSWO; RTO, representative of Municipality Kishtwar.
During the meeting, it was also deliberated that 10 kanals of state land be provided for Mission Vatsalya for construction of integrated Vatsalya Sadan Kishtwar. Secretary DALSA was a special invitee to the meeting. Follow up with regard to implementation of nodal points for VC facilities at designated nodes, e- sakshya and its implementation especially in the wake of BSA (Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam) and review of FIRs and not admitted cases under BNSS was also taken up.
Follow up of construction of the newly proposed Mediation Centre was also taken up with R&B department. Disposal of e-challans of traffic was taken up with ARTO Kishtwar as well during the meeting.
