Restore water supply at Handwara hospital: Sajad Lone

Srinagar, Nov 2: Peoples Conference (PC) President Sajad Gani Lone today expressed serious concern over the ongoing water crisis at Handwara hospital, which has been without water for three consecutive days.

In a statement, Lone highlighted that the water disruption stemmed from damage to the pipes due to a human error, reportedly by a department not responsible for water management.

“This deadlock between departments, despite both being under the same administration, has left patients and staff in dire need, with some even relying on mosque facilities for basic necessities,” he said.
