Restore statehood to J&K: Hakeem Yaseen
Srinagar, Nov 1: Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Front (JKDF) and former Minister Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen has demanded restoration of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that UT Foundation Day Celebration by J&K Government contradicts the commitment of the Prime Minister and the Home Minister on restoration of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir.

Stating that entire Jammu and Kashmir is united over demand of statehood restoration irrespective of political affiliations and ideologies, heappealed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah to restore the statehood to Jammu and Kashmir in the forthcoming winter session of Parliament.
