Renowned PR, corporate affairs person feted with excellence award

Srinagar, Dec 24: Dr Rupesh Kumar Singh, a distinguished figure in the fields of public relations, corporate affairs, and social advocacy, has been awarded the excellence award in public relations and communications.

The award, presented in a prestigious ceremony in Tbilisi, Georgia, recognises Dr Singh’s remarkable contributions to the PR and communications sector, as well as his continued efforts in social development, media advocacy, and sports promotion.

The renowned persons were honoured for their contributions and achievements in their respective fields. From India, prominent personalities honoured on the occasion were Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh; Acharya Manish; Founder, Jeena seekho, Life care Ltd & MD, HIIMS.

Dr Rupesh Kumar Singh, who currently serves as Head, Corporate Affairs, Punjab and Haryana, Adani Group, has a wealth of academic and professional experience. He holds an LLB, a Master’s in Arts, an MBA, and a Post Graduate Diploma in English Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication. He is also a silver medalist from Panjab University in his Master’s programme. His academic achievements have laid the foundation for a successful career that spans multiple sectors, including public relations, corporate affairs, and social initiatives.

Bihar Foundation and Social Advocacy

Dr. Singh’s leadership role as Chairman of the Bihar Foundation (Punjab & Chandigarh Chapter) has been instrumental in building stronger ties between the people of Bihar and the wider North Indian community. The Bihar Foundation is a key initiative of the Government of Bihar, aimed at promoting the social, cultural, and economic interests of the state. Under Dr Singh’s leadership, the Foundation has launched several initiatives that focus on community empowerment, skill development, and welfare programmes, benefiting countless individuals in the Punjab and Chandigarh regions.
