Renovation of Doda roads in double shift started

Doda, Nov 5 : District Administration Doda, under the supervision of District Development Commissioner, Harvinder Singh started day-night work on the repair of internal roads in Doda Town, including a 200 meter patch of Bharat Road and the internal roads of Associated Hospital GMC Doda.

The project has been started under the revised Town & City plan for the year 2023-24 and will be carried out at a cost of Rs 50 lakh.

Earlier, the other Day DDC conducted a detailed tour of the town and directed to repair the potholes, damaged stretches of the internal roads, drainage system and the roads within the Associated Hospital GMC. The D C also inspected the progress of work on multi-storey car parking/ Bus Stand, upcoming Shopping Complex and crash barriers on Bharat Road.
