Red FM hosts musical extravaganza
Srinagar, Nov 19 : The Red FM organised the grandest musical concert of the year, "Reclaim the Saaz," sponsored by Jammu and Kashmir Tourism, a press release said.
The event culminated in an unforgettable evening filled with music, laughter, and camaraderie.
The event witnessed an overwhelming response from music enthusiasts who flocked to experience the magic of Kashmiri melodies. Leading singers of the valley, including Abdul Rashid Hafiz, Ishfaq Kawa, Kabul Bukhari, and Shazia Bashir, graced the stage with soul-stirring performances.
Adding a touch of humour to the evening, the audience was treated to a delightful stand-up comedy performance by the charismatic Rayees Mohiuddin.
Reclaim the Saaz boasted a state-of-the-art setup, creating an immersive experience for the attendees. For the first time in Kashmir, live graphics were introduced, elevating the visual appeal of the concert.
Adding another layer of charm to the evening, Rj Rafiq, who hosted the event, captivated the audience with his magnetic presence and infectious energy. His seamless interaction with the performers and the audience contributed significantly to the overall success of the event.
The event was attended by Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, Secretary Tourism, as the Chief Guest, and Director Tourism Raja Yaqoob was the guest of honor. Rj Sameen and Red FM Sales Head Tajamul Khan honoured both chief guests during the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Red FM Station Head and Cluster Programming Head for J&K, Abrar Zargar, expressed the station's commitment to promoting Kashmiri music. "Local music and tourism are an ideal combination to promote Kashmir, and Reclaim the Saaz is just the beginning. We are excited to bring more such events to the valley in the coming future," he added.
