Reasi terrorist attack | Candlelight protest marches taken out in Rajouri, Poonch

Rajouri, June 11: Candlelight protest marches against the Reasi terrorist attack were taken out today in several areas of Rajouri and Poonch districts.

Youth Civil Society members and several other people took out a candlelight march in Rajouri town.The participants in the candle light march assembled in Children’s Park near Dak Bungalow Rajouri and then started this candlelight march that concluded at Gujjar Mandi Chowk. The participants paid homage to those who lost their lives in the attack.

Slogans were also raised against Pakistan and called for stern action against terrorists. In Nowshera town also, a similar candle light march was taken out and tributes were paid to the slain persons.

In Mendhar sub division of Poonch, civil society members carried out a candle light march and paid tributes to victims.

They also observed a two minutes silence in prayers of all the departed souls.
