Rather chairs NC’s manifesto committee meeting

Srinagar, July 27: Senior leader and former Finance Minister, Abdul Rahim Rather today presided over the third consecutive meeting of the party's Manifesto Committee here .

The 15-member committee delved into detailed discussions to assess the progress achieved thus far. The meeting is scheduled to reconvene tomorrow for further deliberations, a press release said.

Ajay Sadhotra, Nasir Aslam Wani, Shammi Oberoi, Tanvir Sadiq, Hasnain Masoodi, Sakina Itoo, Rattan Lal Gupta, Sharief Ud Din Shariq, Babu Ram Paul, Khalid Najeeb Surharwardhy, MY Taing, Showkat Mir, Dr. Sameer Koul, Advocate Muzaffar Iqbal attended the meeting. Prominent economist Prof Nisar Ali, who is also a member of the committee, also attended the meeting.
