Rape accused held in north Kashmir’s Baramulla: police

Srinagar, Oct 2: Police in northern Kashmir’s Baramulla disyrict have arrested a man accused of rape within a few hours, officials said today.

An official said that the accused, identified as Mohd Rafeeq Mochi, was held “within hours” in Kalantra Payeen Kreeri.

He said that the medico legal formalities have been conducted and further investigation is going on.
