Rana’s departure “irreparable loss” for BJP, says JP Nadda
Srinagar, Nov 01: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President J P Nadda expressed his condolence on sudden demise of party senior leader and MLA Nagrota Devender Singh Rana, saying the contribution of the deceased towards development of J&K will be remembered for long.
He also termed the passing of deceased “irreparable loss” to the party.
Taking to micro-blogging site X (formerly Twitter) Nadda said: “Deeply saddened by the untimely passing of senior BJP leader and MLA from Nagrota, Shri Devender Singh Rana ji. His dedication to public service and contributions towards the development of the people of Jammu & Kashmir will be remembered. His departure is an irreparable loss to the party. My heartfelt condolences to his family and supporters. May his soul rest in eternal peace. Om Shanti!”.
