RAISINA DIALOGUE 2024 | Global leaders to convene in New Delhi to navigate geopolitical landscape
New Delhi, Feb 19: New Delhi gears up for the 9th Raisina Dialogue, one of India’s premier conferences on geopolitics and geoeconomics, set to unfold on February 21 and 22.
This flagship event, organised by the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) and The Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi, is renowned for its gathering of ministers, high officials, think tanks, academics, national security advisors, economists and thought leaders from 100 countries.
The inaugural session, scheduled for 6 pm on February 21, will witness the presence of distinguished guests, including Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, alongside Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Prime Minister Mitsotakis, who will also serve as the Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker, marks the first bilateral Head of State/Government level visit from Greece to India in 15 years, underscoring the significance of the occasion.

With the theme “Chaturanga: Conflict I Contest I Cooperation I Create”, the conference will delve into critical issues under sub-thematic pillars:
This year’s dialogue promises to be very interesting with discussions amid the ongoing Russia - Ukraine conflict and Israel- Palestine conflict. In addition, several countries are going through the election process and changing dynamics in several countries. the speakers, strategic collaborations, and global stakeholders will navigate the complexities of the contemporary geopolitical landscape.
