Publications, evaluation reports on JJM, ISDS released in Ganderbal
Ganderbal, Jan 4: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Shyambir, today released Evaluation Reports on Integrated Sheep Development Scheme (ISDS) 2021-22, Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) programme 2022-23, along with other publications like District Statistical Hand book, Economic Review, Village Amenity, and District at a Glance, in Conference Hall, here.
The District Statistics and Evaluation Office Ganderbal is the Nodal Agency for collection, compilation and dissemination of important statistical data in the district. The data contained in the publication, evaluation will serve as an important tool for the researchers, planners, students and other users in their respective fields.
After releasing the publication, the DDC hailed the efforts put in by the field functionaries involved in collection of data.
The DDC also highlighted the findings of the evaluation study and pointed out the suggestions, recommendations, assessment and impact for consideration of the Sheep husbandry department and Jal Shakti department for better implementation of the scheme.
He stressed on making further improvements in future with the regular updating and wide coverage so that the data shall be used by all stakeholders. He also disclosed that the publication will be made available in public domain and citizens can download the same from the official website of District Administration Ganderbal and DSEO-NIC linked website.
Senior Superintendent of Police Ganderbal, ADDC Ganderbal, ADC Ganderbal, CPO Ganderbal, Deputy Director (DSEO) Ganderbal and other Districts officers were present on the occasion.
