Property of notorious drug peddler attached in Baramulla: Police

Srinagar, May 02: Police on Thursday attached property worth fifty lacs of a notorious drug peddler in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Police officials said that property which was attached include 9 Marlas land and double storied residential house worth fifty lac rupees belonging to notorious drug peddler namely Shabir Ahmad Sofi of Mazhama, Magam of district Budgam.

They added that under the aegis of Drug-Free Baramulla campaign, police has attached illegal drug properties of 16 notorious drug peddlrs worth 5.5 crore during the current year.
