Properties of four Kashmiri terror handlers based in Pakistan attached in Handwara: Police

Srinagar, Nov 08: Police in north Kashmir's Handwara has attached properties which they said belonged to four Kashmiri terror handles based in Pakistan. The total property attached is nine kanals and 11 marlas worth crores.

As per police statement, the property belongs to terror handlers based in Pakistan namely Abdul Majeed Malla son of Mohd Ahsan Malla resident of Supernaghama, Ab Rashid Mir son of Gh Mohiuddin Mir resident of Supernaghama, Arshid Ahmad Parry son of Mohd Akbar resident of Mandigam and Sajad Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Rashid Bhat resident of Palpora kralgund.

The action was taken under sections of 88 CrPc (83 central) in respect of said Terrorist Handlers following their declaration as Proclaimed offenders in case FIR No. 73/2011 U/S 2/3 IMCO Act, 121-A RPC of Police station Kralgund, reported news agency NVI.
